SALON POLICIES

Payment Methods - We gladly accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa,
American Express, Key West Gift Certificates along with Spa
Finders and Spa Wish Gift Certificates.

Children - To ensure the safety of children and quality of service to
other clients, no children will be allowed on the premises unless they are
receiving a service and are supervised at all times.

Cancellations - Any and all appointments for services must be
cancelled 8 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Spa
Packages and Multiple Bookings will require a booking deposit. Spa
Packages and Multiple Bookings not cancelled within 24 hours of the
required cancellation time, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%
of the total service cost. We encourage all clients to arrive 10 minutes
prior to your appointment so that a consultation may be given. Arriving
on time will prevent a shortened session.

Gift Certificates - Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount.
No cash will be given as a refund or return. Gratuity is NOT included
in any Gift Certificate.

Cell Phone - We ask that you do not use your cell phone on the
premises so that other clients are not disturbed.
